Shipping Policy
Ypsi (“we” and “us”) operates the website http://www.yps-products.com/ (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website or ordering it by a Ypsi sales agent, you agree to the following terms, which outline our shipping and delivery policies.
1. General Information
Subject to stock availability, we aim to maintain accurate stock counts, but occasionally, stock discrepancies may occur. If we cannot fulfill all items in your order, we will ship the available items and contact you regarding the backordered items. You can choose whether to wait for the restock or request a refund for the unavailable items.
We are committed to ensuring that your orders are delivered safely and on time. We use reliable carriers such as UPS, DHL, FedEx,DPD or a carrier, depending on your location and the order size. You can request a specific carrier, and we will accommodate your preference if possible.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your items. The shipping fee will be shown at checkout and included in your final total or will be listed the quotation.
3. Returns
3.1 Return Due to Change of Mind
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your items, provided they are in original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and you must arrange your own return shipping. Once we receive and approve the return, we will process a refund in the form of store credit. Please note that we do not refund the original shipping cost.
3.2 Warranty Returns
We will honor valid warranty claims within 90 days of receiving the items. Return shipping will be at your expense, but we will reimburse the return cost once the warranty claim is successful. Upon approval of the claim, you may choose between:
- A refund to your payment method
- A store credit refund
- A replacement item (subject to availability)
4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Domestic Shipping
Generally, domestic orders are delivered within 2 to 7 business days.
4.2 International Shipping
International deliveries typically take 4 to 14 business days, depending on the courier selected and the availability of stock. You will receive a more accurate delivery estimate at checkout.
4.3 Dispatch Time
Orders are dispatched within 3 business days of payment confirmation. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday, except for national holidays. In such cases, we aim to minimize any delays.
4.4 Change of Delivery Address
You can change your delivery address before the order has been dispatched. Once dispatched, we cannot change the address.
4.5 P.O. Box Shipping
We can only ship to P.O. boxes using postal services and cannot offer courier services to these locations.
4.6 Items Out of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will wait until the item is available before dispatching your order. Available items will be reserved for you while waiting for the out-of-stock item.
4.7 Delivery Time Exceeded
If the delivery time exceeds the estimated duration with more than 2 days, please contact us to investigate the issue.
5. Tracking Notifications
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to monitor the progress of your shipment.
6. Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is damaged during transit, please reject the delivery and contact our customer service team. If the parcel is delivered without your presence, contact us for further assistance.
7. Duties & Taxes
7.1 Sales Tax
Sales tax is already included in the price of the goods displayed on our website.
7.2 Import Duties & Taxes
International shipments may incur import duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges vary by destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. If you refuse to pay these duties, the goods will be returned to us at your expense, and you will be refunded for the cost of the goods minus return shipping charges. The initial shipping fee will not be refunded.
8. Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our return policy.
9. Insurance
All parcels are insured for loss and damage, according to the courier’s policy.
9.1 Damaged Parcels
We will process a refund or replacement once the courier completes their investigation into the damage claim.
9.2 Lost Parcels
If your parcel is lost in transit, we will refund or replace the items after the courier completes their investigation and deems the parcel lost.
10. Risk During Transit
We are responsible for your order while it is in transit and until it reaches the destination. However, customers are responsible for complying with local customs regulations and handling the final delivery process once the parcel reaches their country.

Additional Shipping Information
- Within the Netherlands: Standard shipping is €3.90. Orders over €50 are eligible for free shipping.
- Countries first hand at the Netherlands (Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, etc.): Shipping is €9.50. Orders over €80 qualify for free shipping.
- Countries second hand from the Netherlands Countries: Shipping is €11.00. Orders over €85 qualify for free shipping.
- Shipping Time within the Netherlands: 2-4 business days
- Shipping Time within the EU: 4-10 business days
