7. Orders, Shipping & Returns

7.2. Delivery times are indicative; no rights can be derived from delays.
7.3. The Company’s separate Shipping and Return Policy applies to all deliveries and returns.

12.2. Liability is limited to the amount paid by the Buyer, except in cases of gross negligence or intent.

13. Force Majeure
13.1. The Company is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes).
13.2. Obligations may be suspended during such events.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
